Delivery time

We keep you informed

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order details. As soon as the item is ready to be shipped, you will receive a "Product Shipment Notice" email with tracking information.


Shipping method and delivery time

All goods will be shipped from the our HK warehouse within 2 business days. It usually arrives at your address within 7 days. Delivery time can take up to 2 weeks in some circumstances.

How much does the shipping cost?

  • Free shipping for orders over $200. You’ll be charged $25 for orders under $200.

Who pays for duties and taxes?

Tax & Duties

We ship worldwide. Hellomoto has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the package reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them.

How to track an order?

Track shipping information on the DHL or UPS website

The tracking number can be obtained via the "Product Shipment Notice" email. If you have any questions about tracking your packages, please contact support@hellomoto.net

Signature at delivery

If you are absent and cannot receive the product, we recommend that you ask a trusted person to sign it for you. Parcel can be delivered to your company for your convenience. If you select this option, please include your company name in the delivery address.

What should I do if parcel missing or damaged during delivery?

If you have issue for shipping, please contact us via support@hellomoto.net. We will inform you of the progress of the investigation and reship the item. If the item is damaged when it arrives, please contact our customer support.
